The Business Academy opens doors for school leavers interested in a career in business and allows you to explore careers you may have never considered!

The Business Academy supports school leavers to begin a career in the world of business. You will gain direct access to real jobs with a clear mapped out career progression route. These opportunities are underpinned by a recognised Level 3 business apprenticeship.

This is a fully funded program where you will gain a qualification to help you progress in your chosen career path. You will attend classroom based learning at System People training centre in Carlisle one day a month in addition to online learning during paid work time.

Entry Requirements
You must hold a GCSE Grade C/3 in Maths and English to gain a place on the program.
