Your future career with us

After completing an Early Years Apprenticeship, there are various career prospects available. You can work as a full-time practitioner or move into a more specialist field such as Special educational needs (SEN). You could also progress and continue your training to gain your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and even go on to become a qualified Nursery or Primary Teacher either through a traditional teacher training route or via the school-based School Direct program.
